Drawing from leadership experience gained through landmark developments such as Vasavi Atlantis and Vasavi Nirwana, the founders established VRise as an independent enterprise focused on governance-driven growth.
Educated in Chicago (MS, 2010–2013), Sandeep blends technology thinking with real estate execution. A member of NAREDCO since 2014 and part of the General Council for Technology & Startup, he brings structured governance and institutional vision to VRise.
With early exposure to large-scale developments and backend project handling across multiple projects, he developed a deep understanding of compliance, structuring, and operational systems.
At VRise, he leads long-term strategy and growth planning.
An MBA graduate from the USA, Suman returned to India with entrepreneurial conviction. His luxury residential project in Hyderabad — a 90-unit apartment development — achieved complete sell-out within 10 days of launch.
Coming from a commercial background spanning hospitality and infrastructure, he brings financial discipline, positioning clarity, and absorption-focused strategy to VRise.
A Germany-returned professional with a Master’s in Computer Science, Siva transitioned from leading technical architecture roles in banking and telecom to structured real estate execution.
With exposure to apartment developments and large commercial footprints exceeding 20 lakh sq ft, he anchors engineering precision, construction standards, and detailing discipline at VRise. 3 million sq.ft. delivered portfolio exposure.
Before founding VRise Group, the promoters were actively associated with established real estate ecosystems, including involvement in projects linked to the Vasavi Group in Hyderabad.
The foundation of this journey traces back to Mr R. Venkateshwara Rao, father of Sandeep Ravoula, who established Visista Pvt. Ltd. in 1990 and later became associated with the Vasavi Group, contributing to the delivery of around eight large-scale residential projects.
During this phase, they gained hands-on exposure to high-rise developments, backend structuring, financial coordination, compliance systems, and large-scale execution.
That experience built operational depth.
But growth required ownership.
In July 2024, the founders came together to establish VRise Group as a distinct and independent enterprise — built on their shared philosophy of quality, governance, and structured expansion.
While earlier associations contributed to industry learning, VRise operates today with its own leadership, its own governance framework, and its own long-term strategy.
This is not a continuation of a past brand. It is a deliberate new beginning.
